I am an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I offer a professional and confidential safe space where together we can look at your life and what has brought you to counselling. Life can be full of unexpected twists and turns, we sometimes feel that we are speedily being pushed in a wrong direction and at other times, just completely stuck. As an Integrative therapist I am trained in different counselling theories which means your individual therapy always meets your individual needs.
